Kaani Village has pathetic service. I am staying here for 4 nights and complianed about WiFi multiple times and there is no satisfactory resolution. WiFi is either not working or has bandwidth available for 500Kbps. Their Staff is rude and not willing to help. There is no dedicated team for Kaani Village property. Everytime there needs an co-ordination, it has to be done with Kaani Palm Beach property.

Disappointed with my recent stay at Kani Village Hotel. Firstly, the swimming pool was far from satisfactory. Adding to the inconvenience, the check-in process required a trip to another hotel! Every morning was a tedious one-mile walk just to get breakfast. What's more, finding a receptionist during both day and night proved to be a challenge. Expected a lot more from a hotel in such a renowned destination. Would think twice before booking again.

The Hotel itself not much things to comment just simple one. Room: IT compared with the price are match not much just simple one with full facilities and shower were strong including toilet. We got pool view but seem around here are under construction instead. Service: Nothing fancy.

The rooms were acceptable. They were fairly comfortable however the charging slots were located at very inconvenient positions. We had to operate the electrical kettle in the bathroom. We had booked two family rooms. In one of the rooms there was no cable tv. Despite our complaints the staff failed to fix this issue even though we stayed for four nights. One room had a head shower broken while the other had a hand shower broken. The Air conditioners were not working properly when we arrived. We had to request for a technician to fix them. The other greatest issue for us is the fact that we have to walk about 350m to reach the breakfast location which is at a another Kaani hotel. The breakfast buffet has very limited choices. We are often ignored by the staff. Once we arrived at the breakfast buffet and the water had run out, so we asked the waiter for some water. However even fifteen minutes later they had not refilled the water in the buffet or even served us a cup of water. It is terribly disappointing that we had to ask the same four times for a cup of water before they were able to bring us one. One other issue we have is with the pool. The pool is incredibly dirty and located directly Infront of the staff accommodation. The one time we went swimming our feet turned blue because the tiles in the pool were so old there color was flaking off. The lobby has no staff and the fans are never on.
