The only perk with this hotel is that it is very close to Mall of Asia. We arrived at the premises for the check-in time they advertised on their website. We were surprised to know that our rooms were unfortunately not ready yet, and so we waited an additional 20 minutes while other guests were accommodated to their rooms immediately upon visiting the check-in desk. Even after 20 minutes they only had 1 room ready out of the 2 rooms we booked. It took another hour before we were given our keys to the second room. The room itself was nice you can tell they put in some work renovating it, the only downside to the rooms was that the showers in our room were not clean. We didn't bother asking to switch to a different room as we were only here for one night. We pretty much wore our own slippers in the shower during our stay because of this.

Enjoyed my solo stay! Comfortable room with complete amenities. They also got a pool, a small gym, and a restaurant. I was able to put my steps in. The breakfast buffet had enough plant-based options but they could offer more. Excellent friendly service from all the staff. I'd say great 360 view but it's just the cityscape and part of the bay which is being reclaimed. Overall, had a great experiencr here and will be back with family.

Stayed here with my parents during the New Year’s Eve of 2024, It was my second time in this hotel, the first one was back in 2022, that time the room that we got smells musty like an old room that no one stayed after a long time but since its just a short stay, we did not mind back then. And now on my recent stay, we booked the sunset suite, it was much better but not the best as I expected, the view is nice for fireworks show from Sofitel and some parts of Makati, the room is really spacious. Hours before we checkout, one of the air conditioning unit of the room had some issue around 6am and is not functioning around 9am or 10am, my mom is just so nice to just let it go and not to make it a big deal since we are checking out in less than 2 hours though the technician offered that we can request for room transfer if we like. I can’t say its overall nice, but its just not the best service that you can get for same range of hotel for that price point. I also don’t feel that the room was very clean as the floor felt kinda dusty. It’s good only for a short stay but not for staycation, nothing interesting to do.

I prepaid for two days and it was horrible. It took 1 1/2 hours waiting in line to get my room. I had already paid and had already checked in with the desk. I was a little early, so they told me to come back at 2PM (which is the normal check in time), fine. I came back at 2PM and there was a line of six people. I waited, and waited, and waited... It took then 1 1/2 hours of me waiting in line just to get my room. The room was mediocre. The shower was not hot..it was barely warm after letting it run for 10 minutes! There was a sign that the water was "not potable" from the faucet, but they did leave two half-sized tiny water bottles. There was hot water kettle in the room but the cord on it was only a few inches long so when it pugged into the outlet (which was under the TV), the steam coming from the kettle steamed up the TV screen. Here's the real kicker: When I went to check out they refused to let me leave until I payed 700 pesos for what they said was a stained hand towel and a stained floor mat. The ONLY quality of this overpriced, stuck-up hotel, was the location near the Mall of Asia. I will NEVER waste my money staying at this hotel and I encourage anyone to find a less expensive, but better-run hotel. There are many in the city.

I call it a minimalist hotel. It gets the job done! One thing you will be amazed of are the courteous staffs - from the guards and all :) The breakfast was really superb the chef knows the craft and was extremely healthy! You have all the fruits of the season, the bread, pancakes, brewed coffee, congee, fried rice, juicy sausages, perfect corned beef, cold cuts, fruit juices… you have massive supply of these. There’s a gym… so working out around 5am and get replenished with breakfast is a perfect combo. The wealth of this place are the staffs :) what a pleasant experience
