Nice hotel with friendly and ready to serve staff. Breakfast was great with Ruth. Both cheff.supun doing their best to make sure that residents are happy. There are verity of food that meets all tastes.

Nice and clean room , great location.. I didn't like the hotel service for 2 reasons, I requested additional mattress and they told me only additional blanket can be provided, I had to check out 5 days earlier and they didn't accept to refund the balance amount

Located just near Avenu 28 and 100m away from a bus stop in Seef area. Very close to Dana Mall which has a supermarket food court, money exchange and more. Theres a small coffee shop/resturant on the ground floor together with the reception. Staff very helpful. Common areas very clean. Apartments are a good size, laminate floors and plain walls - not a very homely feel. Signs of wear and tear on furniture and stains and marks on the walls in the apartment. Maybe some are better condition than others. Bathrooms were super clean. Kitchens fitted out with cookwear and utensils. Again with visible signs of use. Rooftop pool with a good view. Sunbed towels supplied. Very quiet but a good city view.
