Sorry, but why didn't anyone said anything about no possibility of opening the windows?! Stuff told us that guests were smoking in the balcony, so now every window is locked with the key. We demanded opening the window and stuff told us that they can do this only tomorrow. We're leaving tommorrow so it's not a solution for us. Stuff doesn't care and turn on the air conditioning. Now we have to sleep with AC and freeze, or can't breath at all, because with no window it's smelly and stuffy :/ Beside above, there is no elevator and there are 5 floors.

Started off very excited because lobby and pool area central to the entire hotel is super nice. Quickly disappointed because our room was terrible. Rooms are very small and damaged. The bed was uncomfortable and the room smelled terrible. When we told the staff that our room smelled and asked if we could switch to another room, their solution was to use a spray canister to remove the smell. Obviously not a good solution. Only stay here if you are on a very low budget.

I really enjoyed my time here, the rooms were very clean with great amenities! Staff were friendly and helpful and the pool area was very peaceful and never overcrowded. Lots of local places to eat nearby.. Would definitely recommend 😄

I had very bad experience in 2019, it was my first time in Thailand, and really disappointed. The hotel design is good, a bit far from the center. With me happened really crazy thing, i left my brand new apple watches just next to the pool, and remembered about them in 10 minutes when i came back from my room. Of course it was stolen( and accidentally all the cameras didnt work! I was talking to them 2 days when i was there , asking to check the cameras. So i just decided to write today because i see it on the recommendations on booking. So i don recommend them
