The room wasn’t very clean, visible dusts everywhere in bathroom. Dark spots in shower. For the 4 days we stayed there, the cleaning personnel didn’t seem to do much during daily housekeeping. The room we were assigned to was problematic: 1. The door lock didn’t work properly, it took MANY efforts to lock or unlock it. Very unsafe for the guests. 2. No heat. The thermostat didn’t function. It stayed at 11 Celsius (52 Fahrenheit) no matter what you do. 3. The hotel room phone didn’t work, no signal. Wanting to talk to the front desk about above 2 problems, we had to go down to the front desk. We asked to change to another room, we got it. But it wasn’t easy. The front desk staffs were not very helpful or friendly. When we finally settled down, a hour had passed. It was just a waste of time. Later, around 5:30pm, we asked for a electric kettle. The answer was: Yes someone will bring it to your room right away. So we waited there. But we didn’t get it until 2 hours later, and it was after we made 5 more phone calls to remind them. The reason for the long delay? We were told later that the particular staff hadn’t started his/her shift yet. Only thing good about this hotel: breakfast buffet was good, offering many selections of hot food, cold cuts, and pastries.

Enjoy weekend stay, modern hotel, spacious room, good breakfast and great value for money. Super convenient location for the Train and Marconi Express Airport Transfer System, 20 mins walk into the Historic Area. Only complaint was the Air Conditioning System, room was so hot overnight as many others have previously reviewed.

Central and opposite the railway station. We had an interior room with no noise. Great breakfast with real coffee if you ask the kitchen staff. Kettle and corkscrew provided in the room.

If you like this review give it a 👍 Location: 15 minutes walk from the old town. 4 minutes walk to the central station. Staff: friendly receptionist checked us in. The breakfast room staff was too busy to interact with the guests. Breakfast: Everything you need and of good quality with exception of the coffee an orange juice. Both were terrible. Room: clean with a good quality bed. Bathroom: clean with the exception of the edges of the glass plate on the bath. Overall: Ugly view from the room of a large courtyard of large apartment buildings. No facilities like a bar (was present but closed, restaurant or terrace (was closed).
