Spent one night and had a very good time. Location is across the street from termini station, the guesthouse has a big common kitchen and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The only down side is that the street itself isn’t the most welcoming, as can be expected from a neighborhood near a central station. With that said I felt safe. The host was lovely and very responsive and helpful!

Booked this hotel during our stay in Rome, but we need to cancel it because we change plans. We cancelled according to free cancellation policy but the guesthouse still charge our credit card in full! Contacted them several times still NO ANSWER. Look somewhere else. don't stay in this one

Great relationship cost/benefit. New and clean rooms, location not so good since being close to the terminal and the street is pretty dirty (but being close to the train terminal has its own benefits)

Everything was good. Every room has got A/C, Tv, bathroom and comfy bed. It’s extremely close to the train station, so if you’re planning a Rome to be one of the stops on your trip - it’s a good choice. In my opinion price is reliable to the standard. It’s in the walking distance to the Colosseum. For breakfast you get everything you need - croissants, toasted bread, nutella, jam, sometimes local fresh fruits, tea, coffee.

The manager was lovely, really. She was gracious and very helpful --> ***The owner was a real piece of work. He wanted to charge me all kinds of extra fees upon arrival. Don't go there they will nickle and dime you until you find that it'd have been more worth it to go to a hotel instead of some rundown and in-a-bad-neighborhood hostel. F- experience. I've stayed in dozens of hostels and I've never once walked out on a reservation until now.
