The location of the hotel is excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. We booked a quadrable room and stayed for 6 nights (June 2 to June 8). One of the beds was uncomfortable. The room was clean and there was a cleaning service. Breakfast: good compared to the money paid. Nearby services: we used to buy from the supermarket facing the hotel and wash our laundry in a laundry mat recommended by the hotel, which is in the neighborhood. The overall experience was good, and the hotel was worth the value of the money paid. ** Recommended if you're comming with your friends and not planning to stay in the hotel all the time.

Good owner, good management, good cleanliness, good breakfast, small room, good service. Humble. Only badluck is Location, bit far and uphill from taksim square.

We feel so comfortable at the hotel. The room was neat and clean with hot water all the time. Breakfast was good for the price we paid. Finally the manager was so kind and helpful during our stay giving us guidance and directions of places to visit in Istanbul.

possibly the worst hotel to ever exist. extremely rude staff. the rooms(tiny rooms) have a very bad odor and when told abt it, the manager told us to leave immediately. no hot water in the bathrooms, the doors barely work. when we told the receptionist we wanted to check out, he got mad and started shouting. most of the positive reviews are turkish people that way they trick others into thinking its a good place. won't go there ever again and i definitely dont recommend anyone to try it.

This is the worst Hotel in Istanbul. Our check in was supposed to be at 2 it was delayed till 3:30 because the rooms were dirty. The rooms were very small and the smell of cigarettes was overwhelming. So we asked for check out after 1 hour of check in and the owner needs to learn some courses in customer service because he was so rude although we didn't ask him for refund. The location is far from Taksim Square. Not recommended at all.
