Made 2 reservations in a row after mistake, first for 3 nights and second for our last night in another room. The 1st room was perfect, clean and nice. The second was not cleaned, towels and bed sheets were not clean and they left the trash from the previous. Would not strongly recommend, clean room is the most important when going on holidays

I paid online for a 5-day reservation on January 19, 2023. Without my knowledge, a payment of approximately 17 Euros was received on January 21, 2023. I reported this to my bank as a scam. Also, the rooms are very poor in terms of cleanliness. Many items are damaged. I do not recommend

Limehome Berlin (Müllerstraße, 12) definitely gets 5 stars from me. We have been staying there for a week and had a great experience during our stay. The room was very beautiful, clean and fully equipped. I truly enjoyed a comfortable bed and good furniture. Panoramic windows facing the courtyard let us have a calm time without noises from the road nearby. Big bathroom with a shower cabin was really pleasant too. I was also glad to get rather spacious fridge and good kitchenware. I would like to notice the call center’a work as well. We had a problem with air conditioning in our room. I called the support at night and they immediately answered and helped me. In conclusion, I think limehome is a great choice for you to stay during your vacation, business trip or whatsoever.

Great apartment build, but management is non-existent in case of emergencies. I checked in with plenty of items missing and broken: TV remote missing, kettle was broken and spatula (for cooking) was missing. Some items ran out (their salt dispenser, the dishwashing liquid ran out at day 2, facial tissue in the bathroom were thinning out, two shower gel bottles with no shampoo). The items that could be refilled by their housekeeping staff were easily refilled in the following day. However, because they have no person in charge on site (not even in the city, it seems?!). The broken kettle, absence of TV remote and spatula stayed until my 6th and check-out day. The last message I received from them via WhatsApp was that they were 'getting in touch with their city manager' and asked me to be patient. Their check-in and check-out times are absolutely non-negotiable, due to time-automated release of access codes. It's not possible to store your luggage, they ask you to rent a locker somewhere in the city until 3pm check-in time. And despite the strict check-in, I checked into a room with cooking tools that had been collecting dust! So the room had been empty all along! There is no exhaust in the kitchen, so it can end up smelling, smoking, or damp from cooking in the unit. There was no cleaning during my entire stay, which was fine, but to keep food and kitchen trash that long is not very hygienic. One star for the comfortable build of the apartment regardless; another star for a very convenient location, close to two metro stations.
