The room was very modern. It was either new or very elegantly renovated. There was no reception but the hosts were very responsive on the chat - thank you for that. It was very close to Lime train station approximately 15' walk. The room was quite, the bed was very comfortable and the WiFi was great. Toiletries, towels and hairdryer were also available. I loved that the room had an EU adapter in a drawer so I was able to charge my phone.

I was all set to give you a five-star review: the room was spotless, it had lovely, thoughtful touches, like a Roberts radio, a decent hairdryer, iron and ironing board, a mini fridge. The beds were comfortable, the decor was spot on. We loved the yellow velvet daffodil cushions! But I'm afraid there were some pretty major issues. First the door did not open: the electronic keypad did not work, so we had to go and access the key instead. Then the door did not shut properly. Even more annoying, the shower did not have hot water. There's a massively irritating computerised tap system with three settings: cold, freezing and shards of ice. No way of over-riding this. It was doubly frustrating, as there was piping hot water in the sink. We filled in your online contact form and sent a WhatsApp to the mobile number, but no one bothered to reply. I get that you are trying to run a reasonably-priced hotel without the overheads, but you've cut too many corners. At the least, guests need to be able to get into their room and have a hot shower. Unfortunately, you could provide neither of these things and there was no one to speak to as the place is entirely unstaffed. Shame. (We were staying in room 7. Also, the toilet seat is not properly attached.)

There was no staff in the hotel, it was ok so far. But no one answered the phone. Means when you really need something or help there is absolutely no one from that hotel to help. Weird

We booked a room with 2 single beds at a cost of £200 but when we arrived there was a king size bed. I tried to call the number provided but there was no answer. I received a text to advise that we should raise any concerns by text which I did. I was told that the housekeeper would sort it out which we believed. Have just arrived back to find the room untouched. Would never have booked had I have known that the request wouldn't be honoured especially at this price!
