Pros: Place was sparkling clean. The bed was large with two blankets and a lamp under it (!). Arrival was contactless and we had all the needed door codes well in advance. The next day we met the staff and both girls were charming. Breakfast seemed a bit bare first, but then I got surprised a venue of this size (4-5 rooms) can even put together so many options. Cons: The street is relatively quiet, but occasionally during the night a police car will go by blasting full horn. If you are light sleeper, you will notice the morning traffic. Cabinet doors in room could be opened a lot easier, if doorknobs are installed.

Really great place with very helpful and polite staff. We stayed for four nights. Had a breakfast included and the room was neat and tidy and cleaned every day. The room was facing a street with a lot of traffic but that's the same almost everywhere in the Rome's center locations.

My aunt from Israel reserved a room in this hotel in Rome. On the day of departure, terrorists insidiously attacked Israel and all flights were cancelled. She and her children, my brother and sister, tried to contact the hotel to get their money back. Hotel first ignored them and then simply refused to return the money, then my aunt turned to me for help because I am the head of a detective bureau in Miami, Florida. I contacted my colleagues in Italy, they also tried to contact the hotel, but the hotel continued to ignore all requests. After such dishonest attitude towards my family, my cousin wrote a review on Google about this hotel. they read the review and wrote an arrogant and vile answer that they returned half the money. Please return the money to my family that you appropriated for yourself.
