This hotel has an hammam next door. Can I just warn ladies that this place is not segregated. I was told that the men are completely separate from the women's area. Not true at all. You have men sitting at reception area chatting and watching, the sauna and steam room are used by both! I was very disappointed when I have been told it's separate and no men will be around when I have my treatment, not the case at all....ladies please be warned. It was a very uncomfortable experience. The lady at the reception promised segregation but it didn't happen. Would not be returning!!

I was in valens Hotel for seven nights from eleven November to eighteen November the price is good and acceptable. The location is nice in aksaray market neer Yusuf Basha station and about 5 minutes walking to aksaray station ..every thing around you are available and till 11 o'clock night and for the restaurants they are open till 1 o'clock night the rooms are really big must of the rooms with many beds with different sizes of beds, there is safty box in the room and nice electric system for the doors if you want to set DND or clean the room or even if you inside the room the screen out side can show that, there's coffee corner with heating put and 2 battles of water and the housekeeping daily clean the room and they refilling the coffee and water. There is breakfast open buffet included and the breakfast time from 7:30 to 10:30. 2 hot items and soup and many could cuts items with hot and cold drink. The hotel have another facility like swimming pool and turkish Hammam and spa, sauna, massage but those facility are available with extra payment not included, and the reception available 24/7 there is no car parking, the staff are friendly. There is gym with good equipment beside the hotel and also there is laundry and even Tylor. And there is night club nearby but not recommended for foreign people because look like mafia and be sure they will pull-out all your money for 2 drinks only. How ever the hotel is really good 👍 I was satisfied with.

Best place to stay in Istanbul! Loved the area, Murat especially was very present throughout my stay there. He had the answer to everything my family was looking for. he gave nice suggestions too. The room service has been the most reliable one till date. I had my priced possessions there that were untouched all through my stay(17nights). Will definitely book this hotel if I’m vacationing in Turkiye again.
