The staffs are really friendly. The images of the room in the online website is different than what we got. Its hard to find the hotel since they didn't have proper display. The breakfast was very limited and served to the room without any extra items but we were expecting buffet.

We had an excellent stay at the Vatican City Hotel. Rooms are very modern and extremely clean. Great location steps from Vatican City. Breakfast is brought right to your room at your desired time. Excellent and helpful customer service! Would highly recommend!

Rooms are nice and the staff is very friendly. Don’t expect a nice lobby or 24 hour service. This was not our case. Seems like a renovated apartment building. Won’t immediately appear like a hotel you need to ring the doorbell and be allowed in and told the floor. For this reason if we you need an early or late check in call first and confirm you will be let in and the key will be ready for you. Elevator is TINY. Very tight fit for two people with carryon. If you have bigger luggage expect multiple trips for check in and check out. We needed an early checkout around 7 am but no one was around until 9 am. They did let us call and leave the keys in the room and do the checkout remotely which was fine. Plenty of great restaurants right around the corner which is great. Loved the fact the rooms have blinds to cover the sun and sleep in. If you need to move around rome (the only close destination is the Vatican) plan on taking the bus or using taxis a lot.
