The room was sparkling clean and the location was perfect. It is near the vatican museums (5 minutes by walk) and it has a metro station nearby (2 minutes by walk). The breakfast is very good. The host is very helpful for everything you want. He let us leave our baggages there after checkout because our flight was at night, so we had one more day for experience Rome. If I come back to Rome I will definitely stay there again. Absolutely recommended.

Hi, Stayed with Sergio November 2013, twice. First time was with our 3 sons, for 4 nights, then we returned for an unscheduled 3 more nights. The facility was spotless, modern with newer furniture. Small rooms but very comfortable. And air conditioned! Best part was Sergio and assistants. They did everything they could to help us, including the short notice, unscheduled return. Sergio helped book a train trip to Florence, doing everything, except pay for it. The neighbourhood is quiet, safe and interesting. Lots of good, inexpensive (to us) restaurants and shops. About an 8 minute casual walk to St. Peter's nothing seemed to touristy off the main streets. Unless everything changes during 'the season. A full five stars, 10 if available!
