Communication was only in Italian and we don't speak it! It was freezing and the air condition was not working! We have paid for a breakfast but have received only 1 croisant and tea or coffee per person. At the end they want more money from us which we don't know if we have to pay. We still can't get an invoice for the made expenses! The attitude in the chat was absolutely rude!

Cozy one room apartment with comfortable bed and all you need to rest after busy days visiting Rome. Also Olimpico Stadium is at walking distance from the location if you want to enjoy sports or concert events

Very clean and comfortable, good value for money, in a good location, nice restaurant right downstairs and good transport links. Four stars only because it would be great if there was breakfast at the same location and I personally prefer to check in with a person and not by phone. That said, 20/20 for staff responsiveness, speed and helpful attitude to all questions about check-in, the room, and even when I needed extra help to get an itemised bill several days after leaving so the customer service is great.
