Room is quite spacious, but more with yellow light not good for working. They claim as five star but room is not ready for guest! I found hair in the drawer, and dust on glasses! Took sometime for getting warm water in shower. Quality of amenities is similar to three star hotel. Breakfast is boring and quality is not good for 5 star hotel. I had dinner though but taste is very poor. Ordered one cola can and it costs me 321 baht, more than 10x vs convenient store! Location is near to local seafood restaurant in a walking distance. Unfortunately, during my stay there is a road construction in front of the hotel.

Enjoyed the stay as usual. All staffs were helpful and friendly. Room well prepared and no issue at all. Will definitely go back again. And thank you for the Christmas party and presents during our stay. Lastly, congratulations for your 8th Anniversary. Wishing everyone a prosperous year.

My family enjoyed the stay! The hotel was well-designed and location is easy to get-around. Staff is polite and attentive. Nice to have babysitting service available so I can enjoy spa time with my wife. The only drawback is that the some fixtures in the room is aged.

The hotel is beautiful itself.Our stay was wonderful.The service was not only professional,but also the kindest we've seen.We give special thanks to Poo,Kai and Moo who took perfect care of our room. James, the waiter who served most often when we went to dinner, was not less awesome. It was cool to get menu with more Thai level of spices (or close!) instead of tourist version. Food was delicious in any case, top-notch and in range wide enough to try something new during a weekly stay. As a foodie I only regret I don't have more stomachs to try it even more.
