Room was clean and tidy, cleaning service was good. We found the breakfast buffet to be incredibly overpriced for what was offered (we got way better breakfast for cheaper at a nearby cafe). To add to that, the staff was very rude and seemed very inconvenienced when we asked that our AC be fixed and for a coffee machine in our room (both of which are stated to be included in our booking). At the beginning of our stay we also asked them if it was possible to leave one night earlier, to which they responded it was. When we were supposed to pay at the end of our stay there, however, they denied that they had ever said that and wanted us to pay for a night we weren’t even staying there! Luckily the issue was solved, but it shouldn’t have been a problem at all.

Hotel rooms with plenty of space and wide beds. To be sure of availability, sports facilities must be reserved in advance.

Decent enough. Basic, but has everything one would need. Clean rooms and good black out window blinds. Friendly, helpful service at reception. Did not eat, but had a cappuccino at the bar that was surprisingly good.
