View Talay 2 B is a nice condo. Extra large pool. Small onsite mini mart, good hair salon and onsite laundry however do not offer laundry by kilo only by piece. Condo is an older building however communal area's are all kept clean with good and friendly security. Small bar and restaurant onsite. Set back off the main road so is quiet. Close to Rompho market, pharmacy, 7/11 and foodmart all within walking distance. 20 minute walk to beach road night market.

Great location near Jontiem beach road. Great facilities plus restaurants hair salon spa etc and very helpful staff. Rooms can be a bit dated but depends what you get but stayed there for years so can’t be all bad

During World War II, the Germans had barracks like this and the other Viewtalay buildings around Pattaya. The Gestapo patrolled the buildings around the clock, and Securitas does this here in 2B as well. In addition, no one speaks English in this building, except for some girls in the office. Have an electrician visiting now, have to use Google Translate, he talks on his mobile and I type. In addition, the whole building is monitored, cameras everywhere, including 3 in the lifts. There are people sitting at the counter watching every step you take, what you shopped for, who you bring, and who comes to visit. This shows the Dictatorship in Thailand at its best. In addition, there are guards outside to look after the motorbikes. Bicycles that are not properly parked will be chained Just like the Gestapo did during the Second World War. The people who live here are exhausted and cursed. In addition, most of the residents who live here are aged 65-85
