It was a pleasant stay and we checked in at around 4pm. The one who greeted us didn't knew which room was alloted to us so it took 15-20 minutes to figure that out and we were given the wrong room at the first go and after sometime we were given the correct room. There was no facility like seperate drinking water tap, they said fill it from the washroom basin itself!!! We asked for hot water kettle as it was mentioned in the facility but they denied that too saying we don't have that! The service was not up to the mark and we struggled finding things and were not wasily accessible too... Overall it's a good backup option at this price if you are unable to find some other place to stay!

Dear Fellow Travelers, I want to share my recent booking experience with [500 Bed And Breakfast], which left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. My partner and I had planned a trip and booked a room at this hotel a month in advance. At the time of booking, we were thrilled with the competitive rates offered. However, just a week before our trip, we received an unexpected cancellation notice from the hotel, accompanied by no explanation whatsoever. This left us in a dire situation because, by that time, all other available accommodations had become significantly more expensive due to increased demand. We tried reaching out to the hotel through various means, including emails and phone calls, but received no response whatsoever. The lack of communication only added to our anxiety as our travel dates approached. What made matters worse was that we later discovered that the same rooms we had booked were being offered by the hotel at much higher prices than what we initially paid. It became evident that our reservation was canceled to make room for guests willing to pay more. This entire experience has left us feeling deceived and let down. We booked well in advance to secure an affordable option, only to have our reservation canceled and then witness the same rooms offered at premium rates. As travelers, we expect fairness, transparency, and integrity from hotels and booking platforms. Unfortunately, our recent experience with [Hotel Name] has fallen far short of those expectations. I hope sharing this feedback serves as a cautionary tale for fellow travelers. While circumstances may lead to cancellations, it's essential for hotels and booking platforms to uphold clear communication and fairness. No one should go through what we experienced. Beware and choose wisely.

Shameful treatment and management. We made through booking a reservation for one night, the price was very low and obviously we were suspicious so we made the reservation and called for two days to the Hotel. No response. The same day of check-in, two hours after traveling to Venice from the Dolomites, the owner called us and told us that he had made a mistake and offered us the room for almost 6 times more than the price set in booking. For him it was a great offer. Obviously it is not reasonable to call two hours before our arrival to change the booking reservation. The worst thing was his rudeness, arrogance and poor listening skills.

I really loved staying at Lido. It's a very calm and safe (seemed so) island. Would highly recommend it if you want to have a bit of beach rest but also want to see Venice. B&B 500 Great house, everything is so new and fresh. Great bathrooms (shower head unfortunately wad broken) Garden with sunbeds. They even have cute tiny tiney towels like you keep at your own home lol Beautiful stairs decorated with glass. The price seems just unfair for such a nice staying. I would only say that there's lack of soundproofing and you can clearly hear what your neighbours are talking about upstairs lol
