Great location on lagoon front and around corner from street with many restaurants on it. Towards the East, here has more open space and close to parkland yet close to walk to center. Rooms large enough for us, beds comfortable with newly renovated bathroom and shower. We would definately return.

Very nice, clean and cozy hotel. If you are lucky to get one of the rooms facing the canale, the views are amazing. Good beds and pillows. Safety box and amenities. Gianpaolo, the guy in charge, absolutely helpfull. The place is located quite centric but away from the noisy streets of Venice. Very recomendable.
