Very cute hotel on Lido Island. Perfect location, near the water bus ferry. I cannot rave enough about the hotel staff and their hospitality. They really go out of their way to accommodate you and everyone we ran into was so friendly and sweet. They provided exceptional recommendations and made water taxi reservations for us to meet us at Stazione di Venezia Santa Lucia upon arrival; and we had an early flight to catch when we had to check out and the kitchen staff even left us a bag of breakfast goodies since we wouldn’t be able to attend breakfast that morning. We stayed in the garden suite and it was so nice to watch the sunset and have our own little moment of Venice to ourselves.

Our stay at Villa Laguna was really good, the Hotel is situated right on the lagoon and very near the water bus station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room consisted of a bedroom, separate from a small lounge, a kitchen and bathroom, the room was facing the lagoon so we had a great view. The hotel is a little old fashioned but well decorated so you don’t really notice. The tea and coffee was replenished every day which was a nice touch. Breakfast was a fantastic spread, everything you need. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

An old fashioned but comfortable hotel in Lido, very well located for an easy trip to know all Venice destinations. Even if it's possible and recommended for them to do some modernisation of the furniture and bathrooms, it's a very nice place to be. The personnel is very kind (thanks to Marta, Niccolo, Stefania and Marco for their help) and the continental breakfast is always exquisite!

We had a lovely stay, everything was perfect! The suite we stayed in was very clean, atmospheric and really charming. It was nice coming back to the hotel after a long day around Venice, would recommend staying here if you want to get away from the busyness of Venice. The breakfast was one of the best we've had - So much choice and it was really nice to sit outside and enjoy the view of Venice across the water before going out for the day. If staying in the Lido this is the hotel to stay at. The location next to the boat station was ideal for going back and forth between Venice and the Lido. So glad we stayed here, will definitely return if we come back to Venice again. Thank you Villa Laguna:)
