Rude staff multiple times. Double charged us for travelers tax which we paid up front on arrival, “the bill isn’t closed that I show”. Fine rooms with good shower but skip it and go elsewhere given the cost and rudeness

Very authentic small hotel. The rooms are cozy and clean. The location was also perfect, you can reach everything by walk or with the vaparetto directly in front of the hotel. The WiFi could be better but we had a great stay!

Amazing Location close to San Marco Square, but in a side street so quiet area. The rooms are in venetian style and have a nice view on the San zaccharia church. Comfortable bed. Only the wifi could be improved. Breakfast is possible in partner hotel but basic.

Great hotel! Location cannot be beat, especially if you want to be near St Marks Square. Vaporetto/Alilaguna stops are right across the street! Public water fountain to fill water in your bottles right in front of the door. Super friendly and helpful staff. They even let me borrow a travel adaptor and kept giving bags of Easter cookies to my son each time they saw him 😊. Our smart room was a little tight but that’s to be expected.
