My wife and I stayed here for a part of our honeymoon trip and had an amazing time! We got upgraded to a suite after they heard the reason for our stay and we were so thankful for their generosity. The view was amazing and the balcony was perfect! The lunch they have out front is great and the continental breakfast hit the spot each morning before we set out on our adventures around the beautiful sites of Venice. Awesomely located and will definitely stay here again when we visit!

We stayed here for one night. The hotels in Venice are notorious for being old. We chose this hotel as it was close to the main square and it was on the water. The actual lobby and the rooms are in 2 separate complexes so it can be quite confusing. The staff was really helpful and showed us how to get to the complex with the rooms. We weren't able to open the door to the room and they came back to help us which was much appreciated. The room itself was quite small and felt quite old just like the rest of Venice. The bathroom was small. We did spot a couple of small bugs and mosquitos so be warned if you don't like those. The location is nice because it's so close to everything. Venice is pretty small so this is around 20 minutes to everything. The complex with the hotel rooms is in a small lane so it can be hard to find. Overall location is good but for the price we paid the condition of the room is okay.

I stayed there for 2 nights. Spacious rooms the view was great and the location was awesome. The helpful and friendly staff at all times of the day and night especially Gabrielle a very respectful person showed us genuine Italian hospitality and a warm welcome.
