Staff were friendly, caring and helpful. Especially, Ashan, who was attentive and went out of his way to ensure that my stay was comfortable. Hotel room was clean and spacious. Fresh towels given each day and rooms cleaned daily. Room included the following amenities, free wifi, toiletries, safe, air conditioning, complementary bottled water. Hotel in a convenient location; 15 minutes from Kandy railway station. Nearby attractions include Kandy Lake (5 minutes -walking distance) and The temple of the sacred Tooth Relic (10 minutes -walking distance)

Great stay at aroma Inn yesterday, very kind and considerate staff. We also had an issue where we accidentally damaged the door in our room (completely our fault) and the manager dealt with it with dignity and respect. Couldn't recommend more, and had fantastic service all the way through our stay!!

Great hotel, very clean and centrally located. Restaurant is also recommendable, price performance is good and the quality was great. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We were served by Pabasara, who also provided us with useful tips on activities in the region and traveling in Sri Lanka. Thank you for your support and the great stay!

Great Hotel with reasonable price and great hospitality. Wash rooms are very clean and with hot water. Rooms also very clean and well maintained. But there was an issue in room number 101. It has a open window even without a curtain. As they mentioned it's tinted as no one outside can see the room. But I doubt there is a chance. Which can make you uncomfortable. I asked about this from the staff and after that they covered it with papers.

I loved everything about the property, the staff, the room, the service, it was all exceptional and worth the money. We had a lot of plans to travel out but the room and bed was so comfortable we ended up sleeping well. It’s also a few meters (5-10min walk) from all major landmarks like the Temple of the Tooth Relic, Kandy Lake and KCC. We requested a late checkout because our train was in the evening but unfortunately they were fully booked but they were so nice to let us leave the luggage at the concierge while we went out to look around the city until it was time. They also have an amazing cafe downstairs, with the cleanest rest rooms too.
