The rooms are quite comfortable. The staff doesn't speak Malay, quite difficult to understand the English accent he uses, but he has a good responsibility. 👍

This place is a bit far from the center and you need to walk 10-15 minutes to the main square. However you can do it along the river which is a nice walk. The rooms are clean and atmosphere is calm in the lobby. During check in we received a map, a quick overview of the sights nearby and some suggestions which is super nice!
