Bad service……. To the employees at this hotel, please check the name of the customer who booked through any application that has an account with the hotel. Don’t when the customer calls to reconfirm if their name is available at the hotel, keep saying "yes there is". When the customer comes to check in, at the time of check, the customer's name is not there. Even though I have paid in full. Wasting the customer's time and money to find another last minute hotel. And please, when the account is no longer active, please tell the party of any application to remove the hotel name from the application. please treat customers more friendly. the employees are not very friendly with the customers

70RM (30 RM key deposit) Small room, single bed, toilet and shower,.. single, old towel & no fridge. Good location, and a fair price for a room with AC. Not much else to say really,.. meh 🫤

I booked the hotel based on the pictures and I was shocked to see the real situation of the hotel. The room full of dust, the pillow are dirty, the bathroom heater stopped working after few minutes and the toilet is too small. Moreover the receptionist was rude a bit.Basically not worth it of the price during the peak hour. Guys please think twice before booking this hotel...

The only good thing for this hotel is location, walking distance to jonker, think twice when u book this hotel. There are still alot other hotel along this area. Receptionist guy is rude, no manners when talking to customer. Often shows he is very busy, and does not allow customer to ask more for other related matters regarding parking or parking coupon. Mentioning this is not five star hotel, please do not expect much. We do not expect 5 star service but one star hotel does not mean can be rude to customer. Attitude is lousy. Room toilet is small, pillow is out of shape and yellowish. Room is different from this photo.This is only acceptable if is normal day with normal price. If you are to pay more when peak period, please choose other hotel , or else you will regret.
