+ There is everything you need in the apartment: dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, fan, a lot of plates and glasses, frying pans, etc. The location is rather quiet but at the same time very close to the city center. The personnel are very helpful and always ready to solve any problems. - The only downside might be some strange smell in the living room, perhaps from the couch. Also some elements are already too old and need to be either replaced or fixed.

The top floor is great, although very small (14 sq.m.). You have a small oven and a ceramic glass cooking plot, tea or coffee machine, depending on appartment. You can get your name on the post box outside, if staying for at least a few weeks. I think it is great, because of the proximity to Schauffaher tram station and you can even walk to the Zürich Hauptbahnhof. Post Ag branch nearby. Migrolino, Coop are within walking distance. Mythos, Butcher and Daughter and Not guilty very close, if you want to buy some takeaway. Fair warning, the church bells can be heard very well here, so if you cannot tolerate it, might be an issue. Cleaning is weekly and can order it more often for extra cash. Make sure to inspect everything for scratches and defect equipment, to avoid being charged for it... Wireless is indeed horrible, when more tenants in the house, so better buy a SIM from Yallo or smth...

Bad experience, billed for broken amenities that did work and I did not break. They require you to verify a very long list of amenities, so long you just can't do it... definitely not when on a busy business trip. In my case what was defined broken, worked - so I did not complain. They would not take a word of a returning customer and insisted to bill me. The service in general is slow and full with mistakes. In addition, wifi is poor. Promised promotions do not work, etc. Poorly organised. I will never recommend, my advice is to avoid.
