This hotel is exceptional. The decor is so beautiful the service was unmatched, and I travel all over the world. Highly recommend do not miss this opportunity. It is really magical and located in the heart of cómo!! :) the food and breakfast buffet is spectacular the rooms are large!!

We stayed 2 nights at this wonderful property. What set them apart was their impeccable service. We were warmly greeted by Mr Alberto who patiently explained to us the surroundings of the hotel, where to eat and what to see. He also helped to arrange a private boat tour for us to visit the neighboouring villas and Bellagio. The rooms are big and the toilets are tastefully designed. Thank you for providing us with such a wonderful experience throughout our stay!

This is truly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I travel frequently. Their attention to detail is unmatched. They have gorgeous views of the lake, spectacular customer service and in room accommodations are top tier. We were traveling for our honeymoon and they welcomed us with a beautiful gesture in our room. We got a lavender spray and face masks before bed. We got a complimentary welcome cocktail at their bar overlooking the lake. I could go on. It truly is worth staying here. Such a pleasant stay.

Como may not be the place you want to be on Lake Como but if you are staying in Como you want to stay here. The hotel is a beautiful and cozy boutique hotel that allows everyone to know you and better assist you the moment you walk in. There is perhaps no better place to have breakfast, lunch and dinner on earth than the patio of their restaurant if for no other reason than a view that can never get old. Everyone is beyond helpful and when Alberto says to take the longer excursions it’s because he is right and not because he is trying to upsell you. If you take the private boat three hours should be the absolute minimum and if the weather is right you could quite honestly spend the entire day on the boat and not be at a loss for things to see even if you neve disembark. The rooms are lovely as well.

The day we arrived, we couldn't get to the main entrance due to the high water from the lake, we have to go around few times before they instructed our driver to get to the next hotel to get access to their hotel. The receptionist asked us to go through the back door, which was the garage and garbage area. We have to go through all the garbage containers and the garbage pick up truck in a very narrow and dark back door ally. We complaint , the receptionist said that there was nothing she could help, and saying that we booked through Expedia, Expedia should have informed us the situation of the hotel. This is a 5 stars hotel, and the price per night was expensive. We requested at least give us a complimentary upgrade, they said that "if you want to pay the difference". Finally with a few complaints, they said that they were willing to give us a complimentary upgrade,( actually, the hotel was empty) but we already settled, we didn't want to move anymore. Overall, not happy with the service at all!
