This hotel was perfect for us due to the level of service the staff gave us and the location. The rooms are small (which we knew ahead of time) and the fittings need renewing here and there. Neither of these detracted from the enjoyment of our stay. The desk staff couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. They gave us great advice and helped with calling local shops and restaurants to book for us. Amazing job guys, well done and thanks!

Really enjoyed our stay here - great location close to many good restaurants and shops. The customer service here was also great, friendly and willing staff. I was unwell on my last day and they allowed me to check out two hours after the cut off and also helped us to order a taxi. There is a beverage stand as well which is a nice touch, lemonade, water, Turkish tea and coffee available 24/7. Clean and comfortable stay with air conditioning available for the summer heat. Thank you for our stay and great service!

We stayed at Viva La Vita for four nights. Extremely nice and accommodating staff. We will definitely be coming back and staying here on our next visit. Clean rooms, easily accessible laundry service just around the corner. They also helped us arrange a cab to the airport. The street is very vibrant with some great seafood right at your door step. 30 mins walk to the clock tower and the bazaar and 5 min walk to the waterfront and waterfront park. The night is a little loud but it gets quieter after mid night. Overall 10/10.
