Being Irish, we take a lot of pride in being genuine and polite. This hotel hits the mark in every aspect. Staff, service, location, the rooms, the owner literally everything about this hotel I give 5 stars to. I have never been treated as well as I have. Staff at reception and even the owner himself are always on hand to help. Thank you all

The hotel offered an excellent price, and its location was incredibly convenient, situated near the metro and in a pleasant area. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing an enjoyable stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. making it a great value for the price compared to other hotels in the area

I would give it zero stars if I could. The rooms are a mess and dirty. All the beddings were all torn apart! You can hear the highway noises and all the surrounding rooms noises in the rooms. The breakfast is maybe 5 items?! The location is not safe for anyone; there literally are prostituted standing by the streets around the hotel!!! The pool is out of service! The spa is in an underground dungeon! They won’t reimburse you if you decide not to check in the rooms. We made the mistake of trusting a traveling agency with the booking, since we were very happy with the fist few hotels they booked for us. We just forgot about the money and left.

I made a reservation at the Life Corner Hotel. It has 3 stars. When we arrived they sent us to the Grand Corner Hotel. They told us at the front desk that they were sending us to another hotel of theirs, but it has 4 stars. They told us that they had some technical problems (but we had booked on booking). The Grand Corner Hotel had no stars anywhere, neither on the building, nor on the reception or on advertising materials. The experience was unpleasant. From our room we could hear, through the bathroom, EVERYTHING being spoken in the next room where friends of ours were staying. The breakfast was poor, very poor. Some of the switches were not working. For example, the bed switches didn't work. To turn off the light I got out of bed and turned it off from the hallway. Nightstands wrer away from the bed. The windows didn't close tightly and they seemed to sleep with the window open. The hotel is located in an area that seems to be not very good. At night there are all kind of shady people standing on the street for at least 1 km. In the morming that street smells of urine... Would not recommend to anyone.
