Considering the price, the hotel is quite good. The room is quite small, but if you use it only to sleep it does the job quite well. It was really clean as well. There is a baggage service but it's not free. I would recommend it for a few days, if you want to say a bit longer or if you are planning to spend some time in the room you may want a bigger room.

Nice, affordable, quiet hotel with very small but comfortable rooms. The location is great because it is very close to the city center. Breakfast absolutely sufficient. The only thing I would complain about was the cleaning - not even a trash can was taken out for the entire four days. There was no maid in our room at all.

Loved the view from the window! The room is perfect for one person. I just wished they had at least one staff to assist people coming in at the entrance. Like I had to carry two heavy luggages by myself on the stairs. But overall, my stay was amazing as it's close to the attractions in Copenhagen.

The rooms are small but functional and the service at the reception was very friendly and always ready to help. Renting bikes at the hotel was possible, not too expensive and very easy (return until midnight, so you can still have dinner somewhere in town and then go and hand the bike back at the 24/7 reception). Two points that could be improved: The rooms where not so easy to air and at breakfast, at peak times one had to wait for new dishes and foods and there was a lot of plastic/paper waste (plastic cans, paper boxes...). Yet all in all I can recommend the Wakeup and am grateful for a relaxing, uncomplicated stay.
