An affordable hotel in Addis close to shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly. The rooms are comfortable but some appear small. The hotel neighborhood appeared safe.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel in Ethiopia was incredibly disappointing. The room was dirty and infested with bed bugs, making it impossible to sleep in the bed. The loud music blaring from across the street added to the discomfort, leaving me with no choice but to spend the night in a chair. To make matters worse, the restroom was also in poor condition, with an unpleasant smell and lack of cleanliness. This was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I strongly urge Ethiopian Airlines to reconsider sending their clients to this establishment. The issues I encountered during my stay were completely unacceptable, and I sincerely hope that the hotel management takes immediate action to address these concerns. Guests deserve a clean, comfortable, and peaceful environment, none of which were provided during my stopover. My hope is that my feedback will prompt necessary improvements, ensuring that future guests do not have to endure the same subpar conditions. It's crucial that the hotel takes swift and decisive measures to rectify these shortcomings. Thank you for considering my feedback.

I came to the hotel for a layover of a night after a long day flying. I was expecting to be greeted by a nice comforting lobby, not one blasting music where you could barely hear the receptionist. Going to the room now, it was less than underwhelming as I was first greeted by a strong cigarette smell. The bathroom is nothing more than awkward with the toilet glued to the sink. The worst came when I took my shower, with it being leaking all over the floor and no hot water. Trying to sleep was the hardest bit as the room has little to no insulation making it an extremely disappointing sleep for a pretty dismal one night at a very mediocre hotel. I strongly recommend not residing here. Nevertheless the staff was remarkably friendly and patient with the given infrastructure.

Stayed here on a layover courtesy of Ethiopian airways. I can't believe they use this hotel to be frank. The rooms are unfinished, the bathroom plug socket you could see the wires etc in the wall. It's a bit further from the airport than skylight and the rooms are nothing special, no sound proofing so you can hear the street below as well as anyone walking in the hallway. For one night it is ok, but I would not stay again
