The rooms are good but there is not a small towel and it is a need. The spa is a good opportunity but its full at nights with kids. I had to wait for an hour two nights. So if you want to use the spa, prefer morning hours. The kitchen has everything but there is not enough air , when someone cooks meat, all corridors smell.

Beautiful place with a great location and great spa and pool. I stayed on the hostel and the staff were very good and welcoming. Yet I give it 4 stars because the check in process isn’t the best. If u check in late there r no receptionist rather than a security guard that doesn’t know much about the hostel which is in the same building.

there is no reception at the hostel. it is managed by a security guard at the building. He gave me keys and told me the way to the room but nothing about the bed number or facilities or anything. the room was not clean , bathroom looked like someone’s personal space since whole bathroom was occupied with tens of stuff. I didn’t feel comfortable so I left after 30 mins and checked into another hotel. I wasted more than 100zl for nothing. pictures are probably decade old since the rooms dont look like that anymore. I was so not comfortable that I left right away. Not recommended.

We could have had a very good stay except that we had NO SHUTTERS for the 1st night. The agency warned, called the laundry to collect the curtains, we were to have them the same evening but I received an SMS from the agency which simply told us that it would not be possible this evening without offering another solution. It was by insisting and showing my dissatisfaction that the lady took the initiative to find a solution. We had to be available over an interval of 2 hours to receive them, I asked for details on the schedule but no response. Being at the apartment, we hadn't heard anything, a person was supposedly there to put down the curtains, didn't try to call us, and didn't put them down.... No apologies, I sent back some messages to say that we were there waiting for these curtains. The person didn't even offer to come back the next day, or answer my last message!! THEY DON'T CARE, I even wonder if someone is really past! We had a stay in full view, waking up early in the morning because there were no shutters!! The management of the apartments is inadmissible, no commercial gesture. The spa is nice but it's the fair. No gauge of people respected, children jump everywhere and make bombs. Not good management of the establishment from a distance. I think we can have a good stay but above all we must not have a problem with the room or other at the risk of not having a follow-up behind! Completely disappointed!! Response : I modify my comment, not being able to answer your comment. It is indeed your establishment, Citystay Waterlane Island reserved in the name of my friend Trupcevic via Booking. I still have the messages written with your colleagues if you want to believe me.
