Beautiful hotel. Great staff. Rooms are large and comfortable. Very affordable and 5 minutes from the beach.

Books and paid in full on December 28th, 2022 for two nights with deluxe room on 10th floors. Check in on December 29th, 2022 but get a room that is different from the books date. My question to this hotel is, is that normal thing for hotel to just assign you a room to you how ever they want?
