Excellent place to stay in Riga. Location in town centre close to transport links, rooms decent size and supplied with all necessary stuff - table, chairs, coffee table, lights in right places, sockets for charging. Unobstructed view from the window. Comfortable, clean. Breakfast bar amazing, hot and cold, savoury and sweet, continental, English and Latvian cuisine. Also, possible to use spa and beauty salon.

We didn’t stay in the hotel, we just went to the Spa there. Not a great experience overall as the spa area is very small which in itself wouldn’t be an issue if there would be an appropriate amount of visitors at any given moment of time. Felt crowded and the exaggerated smell of chlorine was very noticeable even at the reception desk of the spa and was so overpowering that it took some time to not notice it anymore. I do understand the reasons for it but to this extent, it just wasn’t pleasant. The actual sauna, wet room were not hot enough and the lighting in the whole spa is super dark. Some people might prefer that and it’s impossible to cater to everyone’s satisfaction. :) The massages afterwards weren’t the best either but at least I was lucky enough to have a lovely massage therapist. My friend wasn’t so lucky… Overall nothing to shout about. A rather mediocre experience at best.

Great locations. Was not happy with service at reception was told I can do early check in at 13:00 and they will come to me to when room is ready at 13:40 went to them and was informed that no early check in not possible need to come back at 15:00 no apologies or anything empathetic or understanding of lost time. Room was nice but beds was very old sleep on them was almost impossible.

This is hotel is 5 minutes walk from Coach/Bus station. Front desk were very efficient and helpful. Five minutes’ walk from Old town tourist attractions. Please REFUSE to stay in the rooms facing hotel entrance unless you can sleep with loud music and drunken people screaming loud. Right next to the Hotel there are several Bars/Club and every night starting 7pm until early morning hours you will hear drunken crowd having fun.

First of all the staff is friendly and kind, however management overbooked the hotel. We had paid for a room with spa access, and requested a crib. The hotel has failed to provide both the spa (they are overbooked) or a baby crib (they ran out). The hotel ever ran out of keycards!!! They could only provide one keycard because they ran out. So I would not recommend this hotel, especially if you are traveling with a family. I will be contacting trip advisor questioning there recommendations.
