Room and location is good compare with its pricing. Consider to come back in future for short trip. Pros: friendly & helpful staff, breakfast has a ton of food (more than expected), location is very close - walking distance to tourist walking street & the wharf. Toilet is clean. Good view pool. Cons: In the heart of local market so its tough to park a car if you drive. Room could be improved, it looks old.

The hotel is well located in the heart of the busy market area so definitely pick this one for the location. It is outdated but ok for this price point, the service is friendly but not great, the breakfast is not bad but we had better. The views of the river are amazing in the morning so ask for a room facing the river.

Do not be fooled by the supposedly a 4 star rating. This hotel has seen better days. Old, dirty, smelly, across the road from a wet market and road works. Our room whilst very spacious, was something out of 70's movie. Dirty and stained bedhead, wallpaper peeling off wall and stains on furniture. No hairdryer and no room service. They kindly brought me a dryer from, I presume, a 5 star room! Breakfast was awful with very little western choices and most food had flies on it. Pointed it out to waitress and she removed some dishes. Poor communication and barely any English, although friendly and helpful. Certainly do not recommend.

DO NOT come to this hotel. The street is super narrow and near impossible to get through. When we first walked in, the hallways were completely dark. In the room, the wallpaper was peeling and the pillows were disgusting. They had stains that had not been cleaned and the bed was infested with bed bugs. We left an hour after we checked in because of how unacceptable this hotel was.

This hotel is a health hazard. Black mould on the walls, dust in the rooms, gecko on the (leaking) toilet, (most probably) poop and blood stains on bedsheets, ants on breakfast platters, and pugnant smell of rotting meat and vegetables coming from the nearby wet market all around the hotel. Although the staff tries to be helpful, when asking for different sheets, they brought even dirtier ones (when asked again, they brought clean ones). On the other hand, if you are a fan of urban exploration, this is a place for you as the 12th floor is a great hidden urbex spot of Can Tho.
