I guess I got lucky with this location. In general, this is a good place in Batumi, the embankment and nearby houses, everything is very decent, at a decent level. The service was convenient, beautiful view, there are shops nearby, very beautiful mountains, the Greater Caucasus Range. Overall, great for a few days)

As a returning guest, I regard White Sails as the premier resort in Batumi. Its comfort, customer care and pristine swimming pool is why I am coming back. This year they introduced heating of the swimming pool, added two new restaurants and operating supermarket 24/7. These are good examples of elevating the guest experience. I trust, White Sails will continue to raise the bar to meet ever increasing expectations of the visitors. I appreciate the good work and warm hospitality of White Sails teams.

The worst hotel i have ever stayed in .. i ask to clean my room three times for three days and no one cleans it. We don’t have toilet paper i ask just to bring it to my room and there is no response am going to the supermarket to buy it.. the room it’s supposed to be for three guests but guess what there is nothing enough for three person it’s only couch for the third person without any pillows or blanket !!!!!!!!! There is no toothbrush, slippers, toilet paper, blanket or water. The toilet is the worst part in the room. There is a bad smell and it’s not clean at all and we asked to clean it. Also, no one came for the whole 5 days. The only good things in this hotel are the view and the location. I’ll never stay in again.

Worst place ever AC wasn’t working properly (temperature cannot go down when we set it to lower degrees) Bathroom door cannot be closed Extra bed is broken and cannot be fused We tell them about these issues in the first hours of our stay, yet they don’t care and didn’t fix them until now (third day), even after multiple visits to their reception. Not to mention that they try to blame us for these issues to make us pay a fine. Horrible experience and horrible reception, they literally don’t give a heck about their customers!

Where should I even start? This place is horrible, we booked 2 beds and only got 1, terrible service they ignore ur calls, ac was broken and the bathroom smelled horrible, the janitors said that every room in the hotel smells in the bathroom, jacuzzi is cold, it’s never hot and the room is always messy. We asked for a ocean view and got a view to a school? shower was messy and they didn’t clean at all. Worst hotel I ever stayed at, the breakfast was horrible, never coming back.
