I have to give it to the staff. They were genuinely trying their best to make a bad situation better, but were ill-equipped to do so. First room was tiny. No problem. Heat did not work. Smelled of smoke. Blanket was stained. Changed to Rm #2. Heat still did not work. Smoke smell was unbearable. Couple across from the hall was chain smoking. I thought this was a non-smoking hotel. Rm#3 was no better sadly. Changed in the middle of night to Rm#4 which was far away from smokers. No toilet paper. No room cleaning in the 3 days I was there. Stairs were blocked by hotel supplies. Fridge did not work and was leaking water all over the room. Oh, and Rm#4's curtain rod was broken. Again, nice staff who were trying to help, but there is only so much one can do when the infrastructure is lacking. Location is a good 15 min walk (uphill) from Besiktas square.

Worst place I ever stayed and can’t even call it a hotel. Very dirty, very bad service. The lobby and entrance are dirty. Rude staff. I paid in advance and when I have seen the place I told them i will not stay here. They didn’t want to return my deposit back. So I was stuck there, but immediately found much better hotel. Now I checked out and please don’t go there. I add some fotos. Also I am going to file complains. And to Google as well , as this is not a 5 star hotel.

Everthing was good , staff are friendly rooms are clean, The only problem is the location of the hotel, which is on an uphill street with a steep slope, which requires high physical fitness, and the alley is a bit scary and lonely at night, and I do not recommend renting this place for single women

HORROR MOVIE. DO NOT STAY HERE, RUN AWAY!!!!! I don't even know where to start. The location is terrible, middle of nowhere. Dangerous street to walk around. During the night, there is a lot of male drinking and smoking in the lobby, definitely dangerous for women to stay there. The rooms are DIRTY, this hotel has to be closed, it is terrible all is broken. They didn't want to give us the money back. Rude staff!!!!! STAY AWAY PLEASE
