Do not book if you are afraid of tiny and very old elevators that seem it is going to stop at any minute, if you cannot climb three levels of stairs, if you have a many luggage, if you are elderly... and specially if you don't want to hear that the "cost of opportunity" is more important than the customer satisfaction. I was travelling with my mom, my sister and nephew to Europe and had booked to stay at one of the Woohoo properties. When we got there, we realized that the lift that takes you to the place is ridiculously tiny and old, not even fitting two people at the same time. We were in four people with lots of luggage and it would take forever to take them all up. Most importantly, my mom is an elderly woman and would never get in that elevador, that gives the impression that will stop at any minute. I tried to explain the situation to the attendant, saying that my mom could not stay there as she would be very scared in that elevator and could not climb the stair, but they didn't want to cancel my booking. I asked for them to charge just the first night and refund me the rest, so we could find another place to stay, but one of the girls kept talking how they would loose the "cost of opportunity". For me, that should be less important than the client satisfaction. Plus, we would still pay for the first night and not stay there. And it seemed that would be easier for them to rent the room again, as Madri was packed and there were people coming in and out of that building. After more than one hour trying to talk to the manager that was very rude, I got to get refunded only half of my stay.

The rooms and staff were amazing - Really friendly and helpful and even went out of their way to have the room ready 2-3 hours before check in as my flight arrived only in the morning. The hotel is in the perfect location for touring, right in the centre but still so quiet - There is no noise. Everything is new and extremely clean. Very well planned and thought through in the design. I would highly recommend people to stay here. 10/10. Very happy with my visit!

CUTE CENTRIC HOTEL, VERY SMALL- I booked this hotel for my parents’ trip to Madrid and they had a difficult time accessing the hotel. The taxi could not drop them off near the hotel and they had to walk with their suitcases to access. The staff was very friendly and nice, however the hotel was very small and the lift was even smaller. Would not recommend for the older crowd, as it’s not a very accessible property.

Excellent, clean room - very comfortable and compact. I especially like that I can access my Netflix account on their TV and that there's a small fridge. Minus one star because it's very confusing upon arrival. There's a tiny sign at the doorway, which I didn't see until I found the door with "7" on top. Then, after being buzzed through the door, there is absolutely no information about where to go or what to do. Additionally, the staircase is dark and worn. I like that I can open the window. The shower is wonderful. The location, on Sol, is unbeatable.
