The rooms are very nice. It was a fully equipped 2 bedroom apartment. We were in room 1706 facing the ocean. The view was awesome. Sunrises and the storms 😁 The pool and BBQ area is great. The restaurant is nice too. Daily specials and happy hour at 5pm. Short walk to most things. We would stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel for my birthday in November 2023. The same week, schoolies began in Gold Coast. We booked a one bedroom hinterland and was not expecting any views from our room. But the moment we entered our room we had gorgeous views from our balcony and bedroom. The hotel is situated in a prime location as walked to restaurants and all attractions except to one in Robina where we took a cab. The hotel has two restaurants and one Cafe. We couldn't make it to restaurants but had breakfast thrice from the Cafe and got room service too. Whatever we ordered from the promenade cafe was delicious and worth the money. The kitchen was well equipped to cook. The balcony was lovely to relax morning or night. The room was spacious and clean except for cockroaches roaming in the bedroom. The service at the hotel was five stars prompt and kind. I accidentally dropped foundation on the bed and the receptionist was kind enough to ask housekeeping to change the sheets. We booked this resort in November 2022 as its difficult to find accommodation and this place was on go to list. We are members of the club and will be definitely coming back to this hotel.

Stayed at this awesome hotel for a whole week while competing at Uni Games. Stayed in a twin bedroom ocean view and can not fault it at all. Rooms are clean, modern, has everything you need with a proper kitchen & laundry facilities, lovely balcony with tables & chairs. Bedrooms were super nice, wardrobes and comfy beds. Bathrooms nice as well. Only 5-10 min walk to heart of surfers paradise. Really great hotel and friendly staff will happily stay again !

Horrible. Old and very tired. Mattresses we're so thin to be sleepable. Furniture was old and decrepit. Looked like it was purchased 2nd hand from op shops with lots of scratches and nicks. Chairs had no cushioning left. Drapes had stains on them. Couch was too yucky to sit on. Booked in for a full breakfast but they had changed policy and merely gave us 25 dollar vouchers good for a medium sized meal and possibly a single coffee. Cancelled with 15 minutes of seeing room. I've stayed in better 2 star motels.

Stayed a week, half of the staff was really nice and helpful however the other half either wouldn't acknowledge me and serve the people behind me or I would have to constantly show proof I was staying at the location to get any type of help. Everything was well maintained and clean except my bed sheets, which had blood on them. Overall, it was a nice stay though
