Pleasant place, offers everything needed for a good rest. Situated in Laleli Quarter not far from the Grand Bazaar. The staff speaks mostly Russian and a little English. The food in the restaurant is very good. There is a choice of dishes offered in a buffet style.

It was terrible, awful service and incompetent staff, no one, not a single soul from the staff, spoke a different language than turkish. The room was really small, very loud, the walls are thin as the educational books that they use in their schools. The only good thing about the hotel was the breakfast, it was tasty, but if you eat some of the sausages, well then you have a new bff- the toilet.

Hotel serves very tasty meals in the morning and in the evening. But its quite noisy because of business traders from Central Asia. It would be the best place if hotel visitors are advised not to make noise.
