I really enjoyed the one week stay here. I booked the Yotelpad and it was definitely worth every penny. LOCATION: Excellent! Short walk to Bayside. Several eateries and easy to locate by uber drivers. Not far from supermarkets. Very safe neighborhood. BREAKFAST: Food great each morning. I never tried their lunch/dinner though. Breakfast usually from 7am till 11am. Breakfast staff friendly, very professional, and highly efficient. AMENITIES: Really really good gym with clean towels provided. Quality gym equipment. Decent-sized swimming pool (deepest = 5ft) with a side hot water spa. Elevators always clean and very well coordinated with the card system. Vela sky worth a visit. STAFF: All friendly. Highly professional. Every single one of them. Well organized place: Kudos to the manager. ROOM: I was in room 2304 (yotelpad). Very spacious, beautiful views, balcony, nice kitchen, clean washroom etc etc. RECOMMEND? Of course! Highly recommend and will definitely stay again each time I visit Miami.

The staff was amazing! Our room wasn’t ready for awhile after we arrived. But we were early. They kindly kept our luggage and was so accommodating. The self check in did not work at all and they checked us in with no problem. Room was spacious but hard to figure out the beds to lay out. There was no dishwasher and laundry soap. After going to the store and running a load of laundry realized the dryer was never vented and could not dry clothes! Had to pack them up wet. But over all pretty good place . Pool was spacious and relaxing with bar close by.

The room was nice but I have to file a complaint because they charged my card $75 saying that I used towels that was in a beach bag but I used white towels that were in the bathroom. I will never stay here again. Highly don’t recommend!!!

LOVED IT! The staff was very friendly and offered to help with our luggages. The Hotel has good technology and you don't even have to press the floor in the elevator! There's a screen at the front of the elevator for you to press the floor you need. The rooms are good although you have to "convert" the desk and sofa into beds yourself. There is also a restaurant, bar, gym, hot tub and pool. The pool was not very clean and you can't see underwater. The hot tub was clean though, and very relaxing.
