Hotel 5 mins to parting beach. Very busy road to stay on so be aware if you’re looking for something more quiet. You are asked at check in for a 100£ or 100 dollar damage deposit. I booked 2x double deluxe rooms and were given a family room where the door to the bathroom was transparent and not ideal for a brother and sister sharing. We asked to be changed and were moved the following day. Reception staff not as helpful as we were used to in Bangkok. Hotel chargers 1200 baht for airport transfer, whilst on the app grab you will be charged 800 baht to go to the airport. The walls of the rooms are very thin as we could hear all conversations form next door and the front doors do not stop any noise from the corridor, you can hear foot steps, conversations, music etc. At check out we were left waiting until 12:30 because house keeping had to check our room. At 12:15 I asked her if everything was okay and she told us to wait and at 12:30 I asked again and another receptionist said yes everything is fine! Wouldn’t recommend unless last minute booking.

Good 4 star Plus: Hotel staff are warmth and very cooperative. Breakfast at hotel is very good, saying this as an Indian vegetarian. The staff tries to accommodate requests. Pool is also good. Downside: Don't book room with bathtub or please be informed that the bathtub leaks and you have to call housekeeping to clean the floor but they do it everytime very nicely as they acknowledges the problem.

The ac in the rooms did not work really well. The breakfast was not good, and they did not have any ac in the cafeteria. They also charged you if you wanted any ice. The hotel was very humid. It was not cold at all. The rooms are very small and the rooms smell of mint. The walk to the beach is 8 minutes, and I hope you don't get hit by a car or moped. There is nowhere on the beach to rinse the sand off of you.
