The overall experience has been terrible from start to finish. Our room wasn't clean, the dish rack was covered in rust, the carpet covered in dog hair, and the room was missing basic necessities like a wine opener or soap and sponge. We stayed for 7 weeks so the place was equipped for longer stays and we were told that we were suppose to be supplied with this. We called the front desk every few nights to ask if we could get those items and were told they could bring the items, get back to us, or look into it. After three weeks I basically refused to hang up with the manager until they would supply the basics. Also, we booked through Zip housing/Airbnb for a flat rate. They asked for for a credit car upon arrival, it's a hotel so I didn't think much of it but they charged my card an additional $1,400 for the room and also said they would be charging an additional $300ish USD for hotel tax. I paid through airbnb, I've never had to pay additional from that service before. The $1,400 they said should just be 'pending' and while we were staying there and get removed upon checkout but I sent them images from my credit card company as well as the chat from my credit card that the charges are not pending and will not get removed. That was over 4 weeks ago and they stopped responding to my messages or said "we will look into it first thing tomorrow" and yet 4 weeks later no response. My card will remove the charges so I'm not worried about that but this service shouldn't be THIS horrible especially for the cost of the stay.

Everything is great, location, rooms etc. There's one huge minus though, the air conditioning, it simply doesn't work. When it's on, it's horribly noisy and spews out a tiny amount of cold air, yet doesn't manage to cool down the room it's in. Hot summer evenings are unbearable. The pool is amazing!

Comfortable, clean, modern room in a very safe and quiet area of Santiago. 5 minute walk from subway and grocery store. Highly recommend this place.

I stayed for 5 nights and everything was excellent. Upon arriving in Santiago I had a message with all the instructions to enter. I was kindly received at the concierge where they gave me a paper with instructions. And I was amazed by the department. Very modern, spacious and clean. It had air conditioning which helped a lot in the heat. The bathroom had toilet paper, towels, shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap, and a hairdryer. The sector is also very good, there is a supermarket one block away as well as the Military School SubCenter. I used the pool and everything was excellent. Totally recommended and I will return to the same place.
