1. The sale will be live from 12th March 2025, 00:00 IST to 16th March 2025, 23:59 IST.
2. The sale offers up to 50% discount on select products across Liquor, Beauty & Confectionery categories.
3. The sale is applicable only on Duty Free purchase on the Adani One platform during the specified sale duration.
4. Users need to add the products available as part of the sale to avail the offer.
5. The offer gets auto-applied at the cart page.
6. Users can also avail additional discounts available on Adani One for duty free (Pre-order discount & cart discount basis the cart value).
7. There is no minimum purchase value to be eligible for the sale. The terms and conditions of the sale shall be read in conjunction with that of the terms and conditions and privacy policy of the Adani One Platform.
8. The sale is applicable only on Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Thiruvananthapuram, Jaipur, Amritsar and Mangalore airports.
9. Sale discounts are only applicable for customers who have signed up on Adani One website, mobile site or app.
10. All discounts and products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
11. Participation in this sale is voluntary and by participating in it, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in the use of the Adani One Platform.
12. In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer, ADL reserves the right to deny the offer.
13. ADL reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this sale by another sale, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
14. In case of any discrepancy or dispute, ADL’s decision shall be final and binding.
15. ADL will not be responsible for any technical issues or disruptions that may occur during the sale due to increase in online traffic.
16. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
17. By opting for this sale, you expressly agree that neither ADL nor any of its affiliates will be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that you may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with use of such products, discounts or offers that arise from such customer’s own act of omission or commission.
18. ADL shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to a force majeure event.
19. Any dispute or claim regarding the sale must be resolved with ADL directly, and Customers can connect with ADL s as per its Grievance Policy or reach out to ADL at support@adanione.com
20. ADL is the sole authority for the interpretation of these terms.
21. ADL shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the sale.
22. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. All disputes under this offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Gurugram.
