Terms and Conditions

1. This offer is applicable only when a customer completes an Duty Free transaction on the Adani OneApp using the Cardless EMI payment option at any Adani managed airport.
2. The offer is valid from 00:00 hours on 28th February 2026 until 23:59 hours on 30th Sept 2026. A minimum cart value of INR 10,000 is required for customers to redeem the coupon.
3. Each customer can avail this offer only once during the entire campaign period.
4. The terms and conditions of the offer shall be read in conjunction with that of the terms and conditions and privacy policy of Adani One Platform. Participation in this offer is voluntary and by participating in the offer, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in the use of the Adani One Platform.
5. In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by you, we reserve the right to deny the offer.
6. Adani One reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
7. No cancellations/refunds shall be allowed.
8. This offer cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-renewable, non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-extendable.
9. Adani Digital Lab’s decision on all matters relating to the offer shall be final.
10. Adani Digital Lab reserves the right to discontinue the offer at any time without prior notice.
11. Adani Digital Lab shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event.
12. Any dispute or claim regarding the campaign must be resolved with us directly and customers can connect with us as per the Grievance Policy.
13. Adani Digital Lab is the sole authority for the interpretation of these terms.
14. Adani Digital Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the offer.
15. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. All disputes under this offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram.
