- We are only providing an online platform service for the Customer availing the pranaam Fastrack services.
- All confirmed booking shall only be valid for that particular day.
- All bookings to be initiated on-spot via the Booking QR-Code available at SHA entry points.
- No cancellation/refund/re-scheduling is applicable post confirmation of the services.
- The services are only applicable inside the Navi Mumbai International Airport.
- A maximum of 5 travellers can avail the services on a single booking.
Indemnity
- You shall indemnify and hold harmless Us, and Our owner(s), licensee(s), affiliate(s) (as applicable) and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees, from any claim or demand, or actions including reasonable fees of attorneys', made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of Your breach of these T&C, our privacy policy and other terms and conditions, or Your violation of any law, rules or regulations or the rights (including infringement of intellectual property rights) of a third party.
