Terms and Conditions (T&C) – Flight Booking

1. Introduction

This website, www.adanione.com (the “Site”), including the mobile site and smartphone app platforms (iOS, Android, Windows) (hereinafter referred to as “Platform”), is published and maintained by Adani Digital Labs Private Limited (“ADL”), a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of India. By accessing or using the Site or the services on the Site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, including any additional guidelines and future modifications and the same shall be termed as legal contract between us and yourself. These Terms of Service shall be read in part and parcel of the Platform terms and conditions available at https://www.adanione.com/terms-and-conditions.

2. Scope of Services

ADL acts as an intermediary to assist customers in gathering travel information, determining the availability of travel-related products and services, making legitimate reservations, and facilitating travel requirements. ADL is not the final service provider and is not responsible for any deficiencies, interruptions, changes, rescheduling, delays, or cancellations of services provided by third parties (e.g., airlines, hotels etc.).

You acknowledge that ADL is merely acting in a limited role of the service providers offering their services on the ADL platform, and that ADL merely provides intermediary services in order to facilitate services to you. ADL is not the last mile service provider to you and therefore ADL shall not be deemed to be responsible for, and shall have no liability for, any lack, or deficiency, interruption, change, rescheduling, delay, or cancellation of services provided by any person or entity (including airline, hotel, activity provider or similar agency) that, you may engage or, hire from the content available on the Site (though ADL may pass on such information to customers when requested to do so by any person providing such services).

3. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds for services provided by third parties are subject to the terms of the respective service providers. ADL will facilitate the refund process but is not responsible for the actual refund. ADL is not responsible for any refunds in connection with any services offered by any person on the ADL platform (except for passing on such refunds when received from such persons to customers), other than refunds of convenience fees paid made to ADL for the services it provides to customers (subject to such refund requests being in compliance with these Terms and Conditions and with the terms of the applicable ticket / booking). ADL shall not be responsible when any cancellation/reschedule is made by you directly with the end service provider/airline/supplier. In such cases, any refund received by ADL shall be refunded back to you, subject to these terms of service.

• Refunds in cases where Airlines is declared as Insolvent or Bankrupt

  ADL shall not be liable to pay any refunds whatsoever in cases where the Airlines closes its operations or declares itself as insolvent

  The customers or clients or agents shall not hold the ADL liable to pay the refunds as assured at the time of booking of the ticket in cases where the Airlines closes its operation or declares itself insolvent.

  Based on assurity given by airline/ other suppliers, ADL may sometime refund the amount to the customer, but ADL reserves the right to recover the refunded amount on event of Airlines getting shut down/non-operational/bankrupt.

4. User Obligations

As a condition of your use of this Platform, you warrant that:

• You possess the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation.
• You will use this Platform in accordance with these Terms of Use.
• You will make only legitimate reservations for yourself or others for whom you are legally authorized to act.
• You will provide accurate and complete information.
• You will safeguard your account information and be responsible for any misuse of your account.

5. Communication Policy

Upon transacting on the Site, you will receive a communication (via SMS/WhatsApp message/Email or any other form) confirming the status of your transaction. ADL is not responsible for the receipt of this communication. The SMS service provided by ADL is for convenience and is not mandatory. ADL is not liable for any failure to receive SMS alerts.

• ADL is not responsible to provide information on any change in flight schedules, cancellation, refund, status of airline/hotel etc. and bears no liability in respect of any such changes.
• Any grievance regarding the service should be communicated as per the grievance policy laid out herein.

6. Platform Content and Use

This Site is for personal use only. You shall not copy, distribute, modify, or transmit any content from this Site for commercial purposes. ADL grants you a limited right to use the Site, provided you do not interrupt its operation.

You understand that except for information, products or services clearly indicated as being supplied by ADL, we do not operate, control, or endorse any information, products or services on the Internet in any way. You also understand that ADL cannot and does not guarantee or warrant that files available for downloading through the Site will be free of viruses, worms or other code that may be damaging. You are responsible for implementing procedures to satisfy your requirements and for accuracy of data input and output.

ADL may add, change, discontinue, remove or suspend any other Content or services posted on this Site, including features and specifications of products described or depicted on the Site, temporarily or permanently, at any time, without notice and without liability.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials on this Site, including text, images, software, and trademarks, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of these materials is prohibited and shall attract legal consequences.

8. Availability and Rules of Service

The availability of products and services on the Site is subject to change. All services are governed by the rules and regulations of the respective service providers. ADL is not liable for any breach of these rules by the service providers.

9. Visa Guidelines

You are responsible for carrying a valid visa (including transit visa) for the countries you will visit or transit through. Please check with the relevant airline and embassy for any visa/immigration/emigration requirements. ADL shall not be responsible for providing any such service/ facility/communication/information about any such requirement to you.

10. ADL Rights

If you send any communications or materials to ADL by electronic mail or otherwise, including any comments, data, questions, suggestions or the like, all such communications are, and will be treated by ADL, as non-confidential.

You hereby give up any and all claim that any use of such material violates any of your rights including moral rights, privacy rights, proprietary or other property rights, publicity rights, rights to credit for material or ideas, or any other right, including the right to approve the way ADL uses such material.

Any material submitted to this Site may be adapted, broadcast, changed, copied, disclosed, licensed, performed, posted, published, sold, transmitted or used by ADL anywhere in the world, in any medium, forever.

11. Others’ rights

If this Site contains bulletin boards, chat rooms, blogs, access to mailing lists or other message or communication facilities, you agree to use the same only to send and receive messages and materials that are proper and related thereto. By way of example and not as a limitation, you agree that when using the Site or any facility available here from, you shall not do any of the following:

• Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others
• Publish, post, distribute or disseminate any defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful material or information
• Upload or attach files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property laws (or by rights of privacy and publicity) unless the User owns or controls the rights thereto or has received all consent thereof as may be required by law
• Upload or attach files that contain viruses, corrupted files or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another’s computer
• Delete any author attributions, legal notices or proprietary designations or labels in any file that is uploaded
• Falsify the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded
• Advertise or offer to sell any goods or services, or conduct or forward surveys, contests or chain letters, or download any file posted by another user of a Forum that the User knows, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner.
• Use this Platform or its contents for any commercial purpose;
• Make any speculative, false, or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand;
• Access, monitor or copy any content or information of this Platform using any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means or any manual process for any purpose without our express written permission;
• Violate the restrictions in any robot exclusion headers on this Platform or bypass or circumvent other measures employed to prevent or limit access to this Platform;
• Take any action that imposes, or may impose, in our discretion, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure;
• Deep-link to any portion of this Platform (including, without limitation, the purchase path for any travel services) for any purpose without our express written permission; or
• 'Frame’, ‘mirror’ or otherwise incorporate any part of this Platform into any other website without our prior written authorization.
• Host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update or share the following:
• Information belonging to another person for which the user does not have any right.
• Information that is hateful, grossly harmful including harmful to minors, pedophilic, invasive of another privacy, racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, encouraging money laundering or gambling.
• Information that infringes any Patent, Trademark, Copyright or other Proprietary rights.
• Information that deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of such message or communicates any information which is grossly offensive or menacing in nature.
• Information that threatens the unity, integrity, defense, Security or Sovereignty of India, friendly relation with foreign states or Public order or cause incitement to the commission of any cognizable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or insulting any other nation.
• Information that impersonates another person.

If your booking or account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, ADL may cancel any travel or service reservations associated with your name, email address, or account, and close any associated ADL accounts. In addition, ADL may verify (i.e. preauthorize) your credit card. If you have conducted any fraudulent activity, ADL reserves the right to take any necessary legal action and you may be liable for monetary losses to ADL, including litigation costs and damages. To contest the cancellation of a booking or freezing or closure of an account, please contact ADL Customer Service.

ADL reserves the right to undertake all necessary steps to ensure that the security, safety and integrity of ADL’s systems as well as its client’s interests are and remains well-protected. Towards this end, ADL may take various steps to verify and confirm the authenticity, enforceability and validity of orders placed by you.

If ADL, in its sole and exclusive discretion, concludes that the said transactions are not or do not reasonably appear to be authentic, enforceable or valid, then ADL may cancel the said orders at any time up before the scheduled time of departure of the relevant flight or before the expected date of visit to any property booked through ADL.
