Lost and Found Service

If you misplace your baggage or belongings at Thiruvananthapuram International Airport, please do not worry. We are there to help our customers retrieve their lost items. All the agencies at the airport are directed to deposit any unclaimed goods under the lost & found property. The goods are deposited after duly recording the contents, it’s description, date & time of depositing, and the depositor's signature.

The airport is not liable for any damages to any lost property under its custody (as where is basis). Baggage handling and delivery at Thiruvananthapuram International Airport is the responsibility of airlines from the point of check-in to the point of collection. If anything is left on the aircraft, respective airlines should be contacted immediately.

All the lost and found items are submitted here so that passengers can reclaim them after a proper identification process.

Lost & Found Claim Process:

Step 1: Contact the Lost & Found department and submit your details.

Step 2: The Lost & Found team will verify the details and revert to the passenger.

Step 3: In case the item is verified, it can be claimed on producing the following documents during working hours only:

  • - Copy of Boarding Pass / Ticket.
  • - Copy of Passport / Government ID Card.
  • - A letter filled and signed by the owner with details of the items being claimed.
  • - Government-authorised photo ID Card, preferably Passport / Driving Licence / Aadhaar Card / Voter ID Card.
