  1. Repeat User Coupon - Any user who has done transaction on Adani OneApp Online Duty Free one or more than one times time is eligible for a flat discount of ₹1,500/- on a minimum transaction value of ₹15,000/-.
  2. This offer is applicable only on Adani OneApp app duty free across Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, Navi Mumbai International Airport, Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport, Thiruvananthapuram International Airport, Jaipur International Airport, Mangaluru International Airport, Sri Guru Ram Das Ji International Airport and Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport.
  3. To avail the offer, User can find the respective coupon in the coupon cart at checkout.
  4. These offers can be applied once per user during the offer period i.e., from 15th August 2026 00:00 hours to 31st October 2026 at 23:59 hours.
  5. Offer is only applicable for Users who have signed up on Adani OneApp app.
  6. In case an order is cancelled, returned, refunded, or found to be fraudulent, the benefit availed under the Offer may be reversed, withdrawn, or adjusted by Adani OneApp.
  7. The Offer shall be subject to applicable laws, airport regulations, duty-free purchase eligibility criteria, and product availability at the relevant airport.
  8. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer available on Adani OneApp app platform. The terms and conditions of the offer shall be read in conjunction with that of the terms and conditions and privacy policy of the Adani OneApp Platform.
  9. Participation in this offer is voluntary and by participating in the offer, the User agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in the use of the Adani OneApp Platform.
  10. ADL reserves the right to verify user eligibility and disqualify any User found to be engaging in fraudulent, suspicious, abusive or unauthorized activities.
  11. In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the User, ADL reserves the right to deny the offer.
  12. ADL reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
  13. Offer cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-renewable, non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-extendable.
  14. ADL’s decision on all matters relating to the offer shall be final.
  15. By opting for this offer, User expressly agrees that neither ADL/Adani OneApp nor any of its affiliates will be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that you may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with such discount that arises from such User’s own act of omission or commission.
  16. ADL shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to a force majeure event.
  17. Any dispute or claim regarding the offer must be resolved with ADL directly, as per ADL’s Grievance Policy.
  18. ADL is the sole authority for the interpretation of these terms.
  19. ADL shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the Offer.
  20. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. All disputes under this offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Ahmedabad.
