The campaign is open to all customer(s) who purchase beyond the prescribed thresholds and eligibility criteria mentioned in the Offer Construct table below from the outlet(s) participating in the Adani Rewards program at the arrival and/or departure terminal of the Adani-managed airports during the campaign period and provide all the required details therein.
Once a consumer shops for the required value offline, he/she will be required to share their mobile number with the cashier/store staff to unlock the benefit and receive details regarding the coupon claim and redemption process.
The coupon to claim the gift will be exclusively available on Adani OneApp only. Once logged in, you can view the coupon in the ‘Rewards’ section of the app. All details regarding the coupon—i.e., offer, validity, list of stores where the coupon can be redeemed, and other details—will be available on the app.
To claim the free gift(s), the consumer will have to showcase this coupon at the eligible outlets. This coupon will be exclusively available on Adani OneApp only and can be redeemed at the eligible outlets offline only. The Pranaam benefit alone is redeemable online only.
The Pranaam offer can be redeemed only online on Adani OneApp/Website. Consumers cannot claim this coupon for offline Pranaam bookings.
To redeem the Pranaam coupon, consumers must log in to Adani OneApp/Web, select Pranaam Service, enter the required details (origin, destination, date of travel, flight number), choose the Pranaam Platinum package, and use the promo code in the coupon code section to avail 100% off on the service.
The above Pranaam benefit T&Cs shall be read in conjunction with the standard Pranaam T&Cs.
All costs associated with the free gift(s), including but not limited to any add-on services or ancillary costs, are the responsibility of the customer(s), as incurred.
Each unlock coupon will carry a specific expiry date and must be redeemed by the customer before that date. It shall be the customer(s)’ responsibility to redeem/claim/collect the free gift(s) within the prescribed time limits.
The customer(s) must, at the organiser’s request, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the claiming of free gift(s), free of charge, and consent to the organiser using their names and images in promotional material.
The organiser and its associated agencies and companies/business partners will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special, or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury, or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this campaign or accepting or using any free gift(s).
The organiser does not validate, confirm, warrant, or assure the quality, validity, or completeness of the free gift(s) and thus shall not be responsible with respect to the same in any manner for any loss, expense, damage, personal injury, or death on account of using, availing, or consuming any free gift(s).
It is the customer(s)’ responsibility to verify the quality, validity, or completeness of the free gift(s) from its manufacturer/dealer and/or service provider, as the case may be.
This campaign organised by the organiser is independent of the offers that the outlet(s) at the airport may provide on their respective goods or services. The organiser shall not be liable in case of any dispute between any customer and any outlet operator in relation to any independent offer provided at any such outlet.
The organiser may, in its sole discretion, disqualify all coupon(s) from, and prohibit further participation/eligibility in this campaign by, any person who in any manner tampers with or benefits from any tampering with any process or operation of the campaign or acts in violation of these conditions, or acts with the intent to manipulate, disrupt, or threaten the process relating to the campaign.
In the event of the free gift(s) not being accepted or claimed by the customer(s) within the prescribed time limit/validity of the coupon, the free gift shall be deemed disqualified.
The organiser’s decision in this regard is final, and no request shall be entertained in relation to the same.
The organiser reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the campaign, as well as extend or reduce the campaign period at its sole discretion and without providing any reasons thereof.
Free gift(s) are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The organiser accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of any free gift(s). In case of unavailability of the mentioned free gift, the consumer will be provided an alternate gift of equivalent value/worth.
The organiser reserves the right to amend, add, alter, modify, or improvise the list of free gift(s) at its sole discretion.
The organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the campaign shall be final.

The organiser is the sole authority for interpreting these terms and conditions, which are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction resting with the courts at Gurugram.
Customers making transactions of ₹299 each can receive rewards such as a free beverage on the 1st transaction, free imported chocolate on the 2nd, free savouries or chocolate on the 3rd, free food item or chocolate on the 4th and 5th transactions, while those spending ₹10,000 or more are eligible for a complimentary Pranaam Platinum Package for one person on a domestic trip, bookable online at all Adani-managed airports.
